👨🏻‍⚕️ HOW DOES THE MYFOODDOCTOR APP WORK?

First, download the app and install it on your smartphone. Then the anamnesis follows: You enter your weight, your age, your preferred diet and whether you suffer from a diet-related illness such as diabetes, high blood pressure or obesity.

Now you can start:

🔻 THE DIARY:

You diligently keep a diary of everything you eat for at least four days. The app tells you exactly how to do it. With the barcode scanner you can easily scan your groceries.

🔻 THE ANALYSIS:

From your food diary and your anamnesis data, the app now uses a comprehensive analysis to determine which mistakes you are making with your diet and where you are already doing well, just like in an on-site nutritional consultation. You'll be surprised how much sugar and how few vegetables you actually eat. Now you know where the sticking points in your eating habits are and what you can work on together with the app.

🔻 THE OPTIMIZATION AREAS:

The app will now suggest concrete methods in four areas of what you can do to eat healthier. These areas are…

- your vegetable intake,
- your sugar consumption,
- your amount of protein and
- your meal structure

These are the four areas that need the most optimization in a western-style diet. You can choose which methods you want to use immediately and which you want to defer to later. So you can work on yourself at your own pace.

You enter the adjusted diet back into your diary and repeat the process. In this way, you will gradually adopt better eating habits according to your own needs.
